About This Course

This course is designed for physiotherapists and includes modules on spinal evaluation and head trauma. Each module brings together content about screening for serious pathology and important management considerations. Case examples offer opportunities to immediately check and apply learning. The material is designed to be self-directed and oriented towards clinical practice.

I am a New Zealand registered Physiotherapist and Senior Lecturer in the School of Physiotherapy, University of Otago. I have completed postgraduate study in clinical anatomy and higher education, and have been teaching since 2003. My research explores how we can improve the delivery of health services in complex areas such as concussion and chest pain.
