Dr Ludo Dutoit is an evolutionary biologist which uses programming and statistics to answer a range of questions in ecology and evolution using genomic data.
This resource is intended to be used by students in the Biological Sciences for technical assistance in quantitative data analysis. Themes include data tidying and manipulation, basic statistical analysis and data presentation and plotting.
The introductory modules will help you get started and become familiar with R and RStudio. Later modules work through a number of statistical analyses.

Dr. Sheena Townsend has been excited about teaching and learning for as long as she can remember. She's grateful to have had the opportunity to indulge her interests by teaching in Canada, Japan and New Zealand, while managing stay a student herself for longer than might be advisable for anyone planning ahead. Sheena has a background in Conservation Genetics and Evolution and a fierce interest in student engagement, transformational learning, feedback literacy and learning technology. In her free time, she loves gaming, gardening and fantasy.
